Cause 2: Equipment adjustment problem. a. The ballast roller of the paster is not pressed or the gap is too large. b. The gap between the gluing roller and the tile roller of the single-sided machine is too large.
Solution:
(1) Adjust the reasonable glue formula, control the temperature and viscosity of the glue, and avoid the glue blocking the hose and causing the glue disc to break.
(2) Form various paper gluing systems according to their own materials, and train operators.
(3) Form a calibration system to regularly calibrate the gap between the ballast roller and the gap between the glue roller and the glue roller, and form a standard.
2. There is glue, but the glue surface is white
