If the model is 0.5X1.5mm indentation line, according to strict laboratory tests, the width of the indentation groove of the inferior indentation line is actually 1.6mm-1.8mm, and the actual measured value is completely outside the range of its nominal value of 7.5mm. Inside. For high-quality indentation lines of the same model, the width of the indentation groove ranges from 1.48mm to 1.53mm, and the error can be controlled within 2%. Another example is the height of the indentation groove. The measured value of the indentation groove height of inferior quality is 0.52mm~O. 55mm, the maximum error reached 10%. For high-quality products of the same model, the measured value of the indentation groove height is between 0.50mm and 0.51mm, and the error is completely controlled within 2%. In addition to poor accuracy and large errors, inferior products also cut corners in many important parts, resulting in a decline in product quality. In order to seize market share, inferior indentation line manufacturers often use cutting corners to reduce product costs, so that their products can enter the market at a relatively low price. For example, the width of the bottom mold of the indentation line, taking the indentation line of model 0,5×7.5mm as an example, the width of the bottom mold of inferior products is generally only 1.82mm, while that of high-quality products reaches 2.5mm. A wider bottom mold width means a larger contact area, which is conducive to the bottom mold sticking to the lance die-cut bottom plate more firmly.
Another example is the tape to protect the bottom mold. The width of the tape used for inferior products is even narrower than that of the bottom mold. The consequence is that some of the bottom molds have lost the protection of the protective glue before use, and it is easy to lose viscosity during use. When the die-cutting machine is running at high speed, the bottom mold is easy to fall out, causing damage to the die-cutting machine. The losses caused by downtime, machine maintenance, etc. will be even greater. The bottom mold protective tape of the high-quality creasing line can completely wrap the bottom mold, so that the entire bottom mold has strong adhesion when in use, effectively avoiding the creasing line from falling off and causing damage to the machine, and also improving the accuracy of die cutting. .
Identify the carton indentation line has a move three: raw material identification
The high-quality creasing line is produced with higher-quality raw materials, and the products are more uniform and consistent. The inferior indentation line uses inferior raw materials, which makes it difficult to improve the performance of the product. For example, the protective tape of the bottom mold, in order to ensure that the quality of the protective tape can meet the strict requirements, the high-quality indentation line manufacturer did not purchase from the tape manufacturer, because the general tape is not suitable for the production of the indentation line, and the quality of the tape The error range cannot meet the requirements. Therefore, the powerful creasing line production plant will set up a tape production line specially to produce the tape used in the creasing line. However, ordinary creasing line production plants obviously do not have the strength to invest in a professional tape production line.
